What it means to be a Maggie Partner:
- Every Wednesday throughout the school year, partners receive a notice via email containing the link to a brand new WAP which include timely and engaging educational activities – all complete with standards-aligned goals! English AND Spanish
- WAP lessons are designed to be completed independently—print, copy and distribute for homework, seatwork, at centers, or for those children who just need extra help. They also provide timely and interesting content for whole group discussion.
- Our WAP program targets both primary and intermediate level students with selected activities also being offered to the emergent reader. Great for differentiating!
- Included in our WAP is a “Dear Colleague” letter, which provides teachers helpful tips for using the activity, complete with remedial and extension ideas. This section often includes additional suggestions such as management ideas and current discussions in the education field about new strategies to help children AND teachers succeed in the classroom.
